Here’s some pics of some small bores of a Caterpillar Grader Axle Spindle Housing after we welded them up with our line bore welder. We first machine the worn bores oversize to clean & true them up as well as make room for the build-up of weld material. The next step after welding the bores is to machine them to size on our CNC boring machine for the new bushings and/or pins.
