Here’s some Caterpillar folded radiator cores going through our rebuilding process. These cores are for a 793C haul truck radiator. All sixty cores have been cleaned in the ultrasonic & all the tubes have been rodded out. After each core gets the rod & repair each one will get pressure tested.
