Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 793F haul truck MESABI Radiator Module Cooling Package we recently reconditioned. This radiator module assembly came in with extensive damage due to the truck it was in colliding into another haul truck. Numerous pieces & parts required many hours of straightening & tweaking to get them back in shape while many of the main tank & frame pieces had to be replaced. A few hundred of the individual MESABI Radiator tubes had to be straightened & aligned while another large quantity required complete replacement. Both of the aluminum aftercoolers had to be replaced as they were the first catastrophic victims of the haul trucks’ collision. We got it all back in shape & ready for another round of service.
