This is a couple of aluminum 5.3 Chevy LS cylinder heads that came in for inspection & surfacing. We hot tanked both heads to remove the oil & dirt from them so we could dye check them for cracks. After no visual cracks were detected we pressure tested the heads to ensure they have no leaks. We then machined their deck surfaces flat & square.
