Chevy Camaro Cast Iron Intake Manifold Thermal Cleaning, Baking, and Blasting Cleaning

Here’s some before and after pics of a cast iron intake manifold. The manifold is off of a small block Chevy Camaro. We first remove the valley pan from the underside of the intake before baking the manifold in our thermal cleaning oven. After the thermal cleaning cycle we run the cast iron parts through our shot blaster. This process removes any and all debris both inside and out for a nice and raw cast iron part.
