Here’s some pics of a semi truck radiator we re-cored. The tanks & side brackets all bolt to the radiator core so we call this a Bolt-On Radiator. The top & bottom tanks as well as the left & right side brackets get thermal cleaned & then blasted down to raw metal so they can be checked for cracks & welded as needed. Before final assembly, the tanks, side brackets & Radiator Core are all individually painted. After painting the radiator is bolted together & ready to be pressure tested.
