Here are some random pressure testing pics of various aluminum oil coolers, heat exchangers & aftercoolers we were repairing & finalizing to finish off this week. The larger aluminum cooler in the test tank is an aftercooler, or charge air cooler, for a Caterpillar 789D haul truck. The smaller black coolers are bar-and-plate aluminum oil coolers for Epiroc Pit Viper 291 drill rigs. Some of the other coolers & heat exchangers are for some underground mining equipment. Also in the mix are some auxiliary heat exchanger oil coolers for equipment in the mills.
