Here’s some before & after pics of an aluminum hydraulic oil cooler off of an Epiroc, or Atlas Copco, SmartROC D65 DTH surface drill rig. Our customer called requesting a quick turnaround on repairing this cooler as they had two of their drill rigs down. A replacement cooler wasn’t readily available so time was crucial. We picked the cooler up early one morning, got it back to the shop for cleaning, testing, weld repairing & re-pressure testing. We were able to get it delivered back to our customers mine in the am hours the very next day.
