This is a gas tank for a 1972 Chevy C10 pick-up truck that came in for some modifications. The fuel tank is being used with electronic fuel injection (efi) so we had to add a 3/8″ fuel feed fitting, a 3/8″ fuel return line fitting, as well as some vent fittings. We machined the brass fittings and then drilled some holes in the tank to position the fittings in place. We then soldered the brass fittings in place. Once we had the soldering all done we final flushed and cleaned the fuel tank before putting it under a pressure test. If you have a gas tank or fuel tank that is leaking or damaged, we can repair it. If you have a tank with varnished and rotten gas we can clean it out and fix it up. We also seal the inside of gas tanks as well.
