Here’s some before & after pics of an older cast iron water pump off of a Hercules model JXLD engine that was shipped to us for repairing & rebuilding. We completely disassembled the pump & performed all necessary machining to the cast iron housing, the shaft & seal areas. We also custom machine any of the hard parts that need to be replaced as parts are no longer available for these older pumps. We then assemble it all back together & test them to ensure they have no leaks.
