Here are some before & after pics of a bolt-on radiator that came in for an overhaul. The radiator is off of a John Deere machine which was parked after overheating & damaging the engine. We got the radiator disassembled & all the tubes of the core were plugged solid. We recommended a recore to our customer along with complete reconditioning to the tanks & side frames. We cut access holes in the top tank so we could blast the inside of it & get it absolutely clean. We then assembled the tanks & side frames to a new heavy duty high efficiency core with new gaskets, nuts, bolts & washers. A final pressure test ensured the radiator has zero leaks & that it’s ready to keep the new engine cool & the machine running for another round of service.
