Here are some pics of a Komatsu 930E-5 haul truck radiator that came in leaking for an overhaul. This radiator is a MESABI with the aluminum tubes option. Though we prefer & recommend the copper tubes we gladly service the aluminum tube radiators when we can. We found the leak coming from a crack in one of the aluminum tubes. There were a fair amount of tubes that appeared to also be compromised. We ended up cleaning & reconditioning all the tubes in the three row HTC (High-Temp Radiator) & reinstalling them into all new upper & lower rubber grommet seals. The two row LTC (Low-Temp Radiator) ended up getting a full set of new tubes which we installed into all new upper & lower rubber grommet seals as well. A final pressure test & assembly puts this radiator ready for another round of service. For all your radiator service & rebuilding needs please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
