The first two pictures in this post are of a set of Cummins 8.3 connecting rods that we reconditioned with new wrist pin bushings. The last three pictures are of an Isuzu NPR HD 5.2 liter diesel engine model 4HK1-TC cylinder head that we performed a valve job and surface on with the installation of six new injector sleeves. After we finish rebuilding all of our cylinder heads they undergo a thorough pressure testing to ensure there aren’t any leaks.
