Here’s some before & after pics of a copper & brass agriculture equipment radiator we had in for a rod & repair. The radiator is off of a MacDon M200 Swather, or Windrower. The radiator was leaking from both headers as well as the seam where the top tank was soldered to the core, or header. We removed the top & bottom tanks, rodded the tubes, re-ran the top & bottom headers, reset the top & bottom tanks & pressure tested the radiator. We gave it a fresh coat of paint & sent it out the door for another round.
