Here’s some pics of an aluminum radiator off of a portable Miller welder. The radiator came in leaking with the end fins pulled away from the tube & core. We cleaned the radiator & prepped it for welding. After we got the leak welded & sealed up we reattached the end fins to the core. A final pressure test insured it is leak free & ready to go.
