Here’s a Monaco RV diesel pusher motorhome radiator & cac (charge air cooler) assembly we rebuilt. The fins of the radiator were corroded & literally disintegrating from salt corrosion so we recored it with a new heavy duty high efficiency 6-row core. The cac had some pin hole leaks in the headers so we did a complete cleaning, flush, repair & pressure test to it & ensured it has zero leaks after we finished it.
