Here are some pics of a radiator out of an MTU DS3250 standby auxiliary generator. The mechanics determined that the radiator was leaking so we lined up our schedule with the crane so the radiator could be set on our trailer as soon as it was lifted out of the enclosure. The radiator consists of a high temp radiator half as well as a low temp radiator half. Each radiator half is comprised of six individual flat fin radiator cores. That makes for a total of twelve radiator cores that each will receive a rod & repair. That’s equivalent to rebuilding the radiators from twelve semi trucks. We’ll post more pics as we get this one all rebuilt & finished up. For all your diesel engine cooling system & radiator needs please don’t hesitate to contact us.
