Here’s some before & after pics of an all metal copper & brass radiator we did a complete overhaul to. The radiator is off of an MVE (Mountain View Equipment) 8000 Big Bale Stack Wagon. The radiator sits down low to the ground when mounted in the baler so it was externally plugged with debris that the fan picks up off the ground. Much of that debris was pieces of straw since it is covered with hay. The top hose connection had previously been replaced with a piece of copper tube that didn’t have a bead on it & it was cracked where it was soldered to the top tank of the radiator. We did a complete rod & repair to the radiator including re-running the inlet & outlet headers. We replaced the top hose connection with a proper piece of tubing with a bead rolled into it to keep the top hose in place like it should.
