This is a cylinder block assembly for a Polaris RZR XP 1000 that came in for machining. The surface was warped as well as twisted which caused the head gasket to leak. We mounted the cylinder block assembly to the dual axis leveling table on our Rottler CNC milling machine for the setup. We then machined the surface flat & square with the necessary RA (roughness average) for the use of an MLS (multi-layered steel) head gasket.
