Here are some before & after pics of a couple of Sullair air compressor coolers that came in for service. Both coolers are made of aluminum & had extensive external fouling & build-up of oily debris. After thoroughly cleaning both coolers externally they were both internally flushed before pressure testing. Once we located the leaks during pressure testing both coolers were repaired at the leak locations. A final pressure test was done to each cooler after the repairs were done in order to ensure they had no leaks. A final cleaning & internal flushing before painting & they are both ready to be put back in service.
