Here are some pics of a Caterpillar 793C radiator going through our assembly process. All sixty of the #2W5540 Cat radiator cores, or sections, have been given a rod & repair before being individually pressure tested for leaks. After the radiator is completely assembled it will be pressure tested as a complete assembly.
These are the aluminum cooling system components for a Caterpillar 994K loader. With twenty one AMOCS modular radiator cores, two aftercoolers, two transmission oil coolers, five steering oil coolers, a rear brake cooler & an AC condenser it's definitely multiple jobs all bundled into one large project!!
