Here are some pics of an aluminum inline six cylinder Toyota 2JZ cylinder head that we did a three angle valve job & surface to. We painted the valve seats with some blue Dykem before machining them so we could better see when they were cleaned up. A closer look at some of the pics shows how bad the seats were pitted & corroded. We mounted the head in our Tobin-Arp seat-and-guide machine & machined the seats with our three angle Sunnen valve seat cutters. For surfacing the surface, or deck, we mounted the head on our Rottler multipurpose CNC boring & milling machine.
