This is a post of a Caterpillar D10T dozer AMOCS style radiator cores, radiator tanks, charge air coolers, and shell-and-tube oil cooler that we picked up for rebuilding. The AMOCS style radiator cores will get boiled out in our ultrasonic cleaning tank before getting a complete rod and repair. The charge air coolers will get cleaned and internally flushed. If the charge air cooler cores end up leaking with will more than likely re-core them with new CAC stuffed tube cores. The shell-and-tube oil cooler will also get boiled out in our ultrasonic cleaning tank before getting rodded out and rebuilt. The radiator tanks will get cleaned in our ultrasonic and then pressure tested and repaired as necessary before getting primed and painted.
