This is a copper heat exchanger that came in leaking. We had to cut one of the side plates off of the cooler so we could get to the leaking tube. We ended up cutting out the section of tube that was leaking so we could cut, fab, and fit a new section of tubing in place. We then welded the new section of tubing in place with the torch. We also had to replace one of the end hoops that was connected to the leaking tube. Once we got the heat exchanger all repaired and pressure tested good we welded the side plate back in place.
