Here are some pics of a two stroke cylinder, or jug, for a 1996 Yamaha YZ125 that came in for machining. This cylinder was originally a plated, or Nikasil, jug but it has been previously machined for a conventional press-in sleeve. The bore was scored and needing to be bored & honed to the next oversize. A Wiseco forged piston was supplied by our customer which we bored & finish honed the cylinder sleeve to.
