This is a recent pick up we did at one of our mine customers in Northern Nevada. We picked up two Hitachi EX500 shovel radiators. The Hitachi EX500 radiators are what we call dual radiator assemblies because they are comprised of a low temp radiator and a high temp radiator. The Hitachi EX5500 shovel Radiator on the front of the trailer is for a rod and repair, overhaul, and rebuild. This radiator was changed because it has met its expected service life and houred out. The second Hitachi EX5500 Shovel Radiator which you can see is leaking was changed along with its engine which was also ran for both of their expected service lives and houred out as well so it is also ready for a rod and repair overhaul. And then on the back of the trailer we also picked up a Caterpillar 16G grader ripper assembly that we need to rebuild. We will be disassembling the ripper assembly so we can weld, sleeve, and bore all the holes and bores with our portable line bore so they will be nice and tight for all the new pins. Also on the trailer are three plastic and aluminum radiators that we also picked up for rebuilding. Two of them are downflow radiators for Ford trucks and the other one is a crossflow radiator for a GMC Chevy Topkick service truck. If you need a radiator rebuilt, overhauled, rodded out, repaired, pressure tested, or anything else we can handle it. We can also handle any machine work you might need both for engine and cylinder machining as well as custom part machining and portable line boring service.
