Here’s a bunch of Caterpillar cores we’ve been rebuilding and overhauling here at Motor Mission. In the pics are a bunch of Caterpillar part number 2W5540 folded radiator cores. We rebuild a lot of these folded radiator cores with a rod and repair for the 793C haul truck radiators that we rebuild and overhaul on a regular basis. The 2W5540 fits other applications as well such as stationary gensets. In the pics are also some Caterpillar NGMR (Next Generation Modular Radiator) radiator cores that we clean and repair for the 793D haul truck radiators that we recondition. The last picture is of some Cat AMOCS radiator cores which are part number 119-4774. This particular load of AMOCS cores is off of a D11T dozer. We completely rebuild all of these Cat cores and clean them in our state of the art ultrasonic cleaning tanks for like new performance.
