Here’s some pics of an infield repair we did to a Mesabi radiator in a Komatsu 830E haul truck. The fan picked up some debris & chucked it into the radiator which caused some major leaks. We ended up removing thirty tubes along with their respective upper & lower rubber grommet seals. After some wiping & cleaning we installed new seals & thirty replacement m-style Mesabi radiator tubes. Our customer reported back that the truck was back up & hauling dirt with no leaks.
