Here’s some before & after pics of a Caterpillar 834H wheel dozer, or Rubber Tire Dozer (RTD), hardnose cooling package we brought in for a complete overhaul & rebuild. Inside the grill guard, or hardnose, are aluminum AMOCS modular radiator cores (sections), an aluminum hydraulic oil cooler, an aluminum aftercooler, a hydraulic fan motor & fan blade just to name a few. All these parts as well as all the other cooling system components were removed, cleaned, inspected, repaired as needed, tested & reinstalled into the hardnose. Rebuilding the entire hardnose cooling package makes the complete cooling system module a drop-in plug-&-play setup for the mechanics which saves time & increases the uptime of the machine.
