Here’s some pics of a couple aluminum pulleys we custom machined for a customer’s hotrod. We machined the old pulleys for this customer in the past but he’s making some changes which requires different pulleys. The crank pulley is machined with both v-grooves as well as serpentine grooves. The v-grooves drive accessories & the serpentine grooves drive a supercharger. The water pump pulley is machined to clear the crank pulley with the optimum diameter required to spin the water pump for adequate coolant flow to keep the engine cool.
