Here are some pics of a couple of hydraulic cylinders we rebuilt. Both cylinders were extensively worn & damaged. The one cylinder had bad scoring in the bore as the shaft was bent. The pistons & seals were also badly worn in both cylinders. New gland nuts, pistons & rod ends were fabricated & machined. After the rebuilds were complete each cylinder was tested for function & a good seal to ensure there are no leaks.
