This is a Honda 250R cylinder jug that came in for boring & honing. We mounted the cylinder in our Rottler boring bar & bored it for the new oversize Wiseco forged piston. This is a set of aluminum 4.7 liter V8 Dodge cylinder heads. We disassembled them, ultrasonic cleaned them & then machined for & installed all new intake & exhaust seats. This is an aluminum intake manifold for an inline six cylinder engine. The surface where it mounts & seals to the cylinder head was warped. The mounting surface for the carburetor was also warped. This is a twenty four valve 5.9 liter B-Series Cummins diesel cylinder head. The head is mounted on our Rottler EM105H multi-purpose CNC machine getting its deck surfaced flat & square.
