This is a cast iron twin cylinder block for a 1963 Honda CA 100 motorcycle. The cylinders were out-of-round & barrel shaped. This is a harmonic balancer off of a GMC Chevy Topkick Kodiak truck with a V8 Duramax diesel engine. The balancer was dirty with rust corrosion from being exposed to road salt during the winter.
