Here's some Toyota V6 engine parts we machined. The block was bored & honed for oversize pistons & rings and the decks were surfaced & squared. This is a V6 Toyota engine that came in for a shortblock rebuild and a valve job & surface to the cylinder heads. The engine model is a 3VZE which is an SOHC (single overhead cam) cast iron block with aluminum cylinder heads. We did all the machining to the block, crankshaft & connecting rods [...]
Here's some custom flanged split sleeves we machined. The sleeves start out as a solid round piece of 4140 steel.
