Here's some custom flanged split sleeves we machined. The sleeves start out as a solid round piece of 4140 steel. Here's a Caterpillar C15, 3406E style, cylinder head that came in for a cleaning, magnaflux for cracks, pressure test and inspection. The engine is getting an in-frame rebuild so they wanted to make sure the head was good before putting it back on. We ended up detecting some cracks in multiple cylinders. Here's a set of 327 small block Chevy V8 cylinder heads we did a three angle valve job & surface to. They're off an all numbers matching original 1963 Stringray Corvette. Here's a two stroke motorcycle cylinder jug for machining. We'll be boring & honing it for the high performance Wiseco forged piston which will yield more compression than the stock OE piston. Here's some Ford Powerstroke diesel connecting rods that came in for reconditioning. These rods are tapered on the small ends. Because the wrist pin bushings are tapered they require special fixtures for removing & installing them.
