Here’s some pics of a couple of Mitsubishi diesel cylinder heads off of a Caterpillar DP40 forklift we're rebuilding. The head gaskets were blown so we gave the heads a complete valve job & surface. The deck surfaces of both heads have hardened pre-chamber inserts which require special attention to detail for the surfacing process. [...]
