This is an all metal copper brass radiator for a Hyster forklift. The Hyster is an older machine & the radiator was leaking in both headers as well as some tubes in the core. This is a Caterpillar 993K loader hardnose cooling package that came in for a complete overhaul. Inside the hardnose there are eighteen aluminum AMOCS modular radiator cores, two hydraulic oil coolers & two aftercoolers. The fan & hydraulic fan motor are part of the package as well. This radiator is a Mesabi which is comprised of just under a thousand individual copper finned tubes. Each tube was removed for reconditioning. Here's an aluminum drill rig radiator in our test tank getting pressure tested. This radiator is off of an Atlas Copco Pit Viper 271 which now goes under the Epiroc line.
