Here's a plastic aluminum radiator that came in off of a genset, or generator. The plastic tanks are cracked so we quoted our customer for a custom built all metal copper & brass replacement. We spec'd out a high efficiency copper brass core & made the brass tanks along with the mounting tabs & soldered [...]

This is a custom all metal radiator we finished. The inlet & outlet tanks are made of brass while the high efficiency core is made of brass tubes & header plates with copper fins. The brass tanks are soldered to the brass headers of the core. The look of a fresh copper & brass radiator [...]
