Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 16G Grader Circle Assembly we are rebuilding. It has been blasted down to raw metal & dye checked for cracks. We will get the cracks cleaned out, prepped & welded up. It has some badly worn teeth so we will get the bad sections cut out & weld new segments in place. The surface will also get welded & machined back to spec along with the lower bores.
