Here’s some progress pics of a Caterpillar 16M Grader Axle we’re rebuilding. There are some pictures during disassembly of the axle assembly along with some setup for machining pics. The spindle housing & lean arm have been blasted so they can be dye checked for cracks. After they pass the crack detection & inspection process they will move onto machining, welding & final machining.
