This is a Caterpillar 793C haul truck folded core style radiator that we rebuilt and delivered to one of our mining customers. The Caterpillar 793C radiator has sixty individual folded cores in it. We completely disassemble the radiator and rebuild each individual Caterpillar folded radiator core. Each individual folded radiator core is then pressure tested before we assemble the radiator as one complete assembly. After the radiator is completely assembled we then pressure test the complete radiator as one unit. The radiator is also mounted on one of our custom radiator stands that we build ourselves here at our fully equipped machine & radiator shop here in Las Vegas, Nv.
