Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 793C folded core radiator at different stages of the rebuild process. One pic shows the radiator in its disassembled state. After the rebuilding process the radiator was tested for two hours at various pressures to ensure it is leak free. This radiator went into our exchange inventory & ended up getting exchanged with one of our customers just before the end of 2023.
