This is a load of Caterpillar radiators and an aftercooler we delivered to one of our mining customers. On the front of the trailer is an aluminum radiator and an aluminum aftercooler for a Caterpillar 6060FS Shovel. The 6060 Shovel is a derivative of Bucyrus Erie. Both the radiator and the aftercooler needed to be re-cored with new cores because the original units had cracked tubes. We custom built the orange stand that they are mounted to and sitting on for loading, transporting, unloading, as well as storage in their yard. In the middle of the trailer is a new Driveshaft for a 2004 International PayStar that we are supplying to them as well. The original driveline in their truck is damaged beyond repair. On the back of the trailer is a Caterpillar 793D haul truck radiator that we rebuilt. This particular 793D radiator is a Mesabi / L&M style radiator that has 960 individual tubes.
