Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar 854G RTD (Rubber Tire Dozer) hardnose radiator cooling system package we picked up for repair & rebuilding. The entire nosecone & all of the cooling system components inside of it will be removed for cleaning, repairing & then all reinstalled. Rebuilding the complete hardnose like this makes it a complete & time efficient drop-in cooling package for the operator which helps in getting the machine back into service with as little downtime as possible.
