Here’s some pics of a Caterpillar D10T hardnose, or nosecone we picked up for repair & rebuilding. This cooling package consists of the Caterpillar AMOCS (Advanced Modular Cooling System) type radiator. There are twelve individual cores, or sections, that make up the radiator. Ten long cores & two short cores/sections. We also picked up the two aluminum aftercoolers which the mechanics already had separated from the hardnose assembly. We’ll post more pics when we get it all apart.
