Here are some before & after pics of a Caterpillar D10T dozer hardnose, or nosecone we rebuilt. Inside the hadnose are a MESABI radiator, two aluminum aftercoolers, fan blade, hydraulic fan motor, electrical harness, oil cooler & hydraulic hoses just to name a few. We removed each & every part from the nosecone & each piece & part was cleaned, inspected, repaired as needed, tested & painted before reinstalling everything back into the hardnose. The grill pieces were bent & damaged so they required some extensive fabrication & welding work.
