Here’s some pics of an all metal copper brass radiator we rebuilt for a Toyota 4Runner. The top brass tank was cracked & leaking around the fillerneck area so we replaced it with a new tank. The core received a rod & repair along with re-running the top & bottom headers. Running the headers means melting all the solder off the header plates around each tube to get all the tube-to-header joints clean & then running new solder around each tube along the header plates. After soldering the top & bottom tanks back onto the core along with the side brackets the radiator was pressure tested to make sure it has no leaks.
