Here’s some pics of a 16M Caterpillar grader circle assembly we’re repairing. The teeth that the circle drive pinion gear engage with to spin the circle & moldboard are worn to almost nothing. We cut the bad teeth out & fit the circle for new segments. Once the new teeth, or segments, are tack welded in place & they all measure out correctly & they are all timed correctly with the installation jig we weld them in place.
