This is a Hitachi EX5500 shovel radiator that we are doing a complete overhaul and rebuild to. This radiator is a dual radiator assembly that consists of a high temperature radiator and a low temperature radiator. In these pics one half of the radiator is in our test tank being pressure tested while the other half is being assembled. We pressure test our larger radiators for one hour at low pressure and one hour at high pressure to ensure the radiator is sealed up 100% with no leaks. This radiator is for one of our mining customers that sends us large radiators and heat exchangers off of their large heavy mining equipment. The original cores of this radiator have met their life expectancy so we re-cored this radiator with four new heavy duty radiator cores. We offer free pick-up and delivery service to all of our mining and construction customers for their radiator and heat exchanger rebuilding needs. BIG or Small, We Do ‘Em All!!
