Komatsu 830E AC Mining Haul Truck Diesel Fuel Tank Cleaning and Welding Repair

Here’s some pics of a Komatsu 830E AC mining haul truck diesel fuel tank we delivered back to one of our mining customers. The tank came in with leaks due to some cracks & dents. We first blasted the tank down to raw metal in order to identify all the cracks & damaged areas. We then prepped & welded all the cracks & straightened out the damaged areas. A final pressure test was done to ensure it has no leaks.
